Prism EDC and UpStart Kitchen partners with Milwaukee County’s Housing First program to provide fresh, ready-to-eat meals to participants.
If you are interested in receiving meals but are not yet involved with Housing First, contact a Housing First coordinator.
Sign Up For Free Meal Delivery
If you are involved with Housing First, you may sign up to receive meals. In the form below, add one meal ticket for each person in your household who would like to receive a free dinner.
If you have dietary restrictions, such as pork, seafood, gluten, nuts, dairy, or if you are vegan, please indicate that. If you do not have any dietary restrictions, select "Meal - No Dietary Restrictions." We only offer a limited number of special diet meals each month.
Once you sign up, information about meal deliveries will be sent to the email address you provided - so make sure to check your inbox. Delivery occurs on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
